As a student of Glendale Career College, you will be conveniently located near public transportation (on or near Metro bus lines 92, 180, 181, 794, 780) 2 miles north of the Glendale Metro link station, and close to the Ventura freeway (134). The campus is just 2 minutes south of the Brand Blvd exit. Hop on the metro and visit the beautiful cities of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, which are both nearby! Glendale is the third-largest city in Los Angeles County, California. It lies at the eastern end of the San Fernando Valley, is bisected by the Verdugo Mountains, and is a suburb in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The city is bordered by Tujunga, La Cañada Flintridge and La Crescenta, Burbank, Pasadena, Atwater Village and the Eagle Rock and Glassell Park neighborhoods. The Golden State, Ventura, Glendale, and Foothill freeways run through the city. Among Glendale’s top employers are Nestlé and Walt Disney Imagineering. It’s even the home of Bob’s Big Boy hamburger restaurants and Baskin-Robbins!
